Suggested meeting time at 08.30 am in the hotel lobby.
The tour includes the drive along the Sorrento Coastline or Amalfi Coast leading up to Mt.Vesuvius .
View the crater of Vesuvius, 1281 meters above sea level, by walking for approximately 45 minutes up the steep mount, as the road for vehicles terminates half way up this climb.
After Mt. Vesuvius we will then proceed to Pompeii for a 2 hours visit to the archaeological site.
You can visit this 2000 years old Roman resort on your own, with an audio guide or should you require the services of a Pompeii licensed archaeological tour guide ( recommended being a vast site to visit ).
Time for lunch at a local family run restaurant.
At the conclusion we will then lead back to the hotel in Sorrento or Amalfi Coast.
